Description: 5X stock solution of the buffer used for assaying histone acetyltransferases (KAT).

Formulation: Frozen solution of buffer containing: 250mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.5mM EDTA and 25% glycerol. Add to final concentration of 2mM DTT (Catalog# D86-09B) prior to use. DTT Solution supplied in separate vial.

Sterility: Buffer passed through a 0.2μ filter membrane and packaged aseptically.

Storage, Stability, and Shipping: Store product at –20oC. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
