Overview:
The 2019-nCoV Delta Variant Neutralization ELISA Kit is a direct Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) kit for the detection of antibodies or other proteins that can block the binding of SARS-CoV-2 V.1.617.2 (Delta Variant) S1 protein and human ACE2 in serum or other complex biological samples. The kit includes one 96-well strip plate pre-coated with recombinant human ACE2 protein. Positive and Negative controls are included to ensure reliable interpretation of Neutralization levels in test samples.
