PPP2R1B or the PR65 subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) acts as a scaffolding protein to coordinate the assembly of the catalytic subunit and a variable regulatory B subunit, together forming the core of heterodimeric PP2A. Belongs to the phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit A family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
