Overview:
Protein kinase A inhibitor (IC50= 135 nM). Also inhibits S6K1, MSK1,ROCKII, PKBalpha and MAPKAP-K1b (IC50= 80, 120, 270, 2600 and 2800 nM respectively). Induces apoptosis. Cell permeable.
