Overview:
A selective PI 3-Kgamma isoform inhibitor (IC50 = 0.24, 1.45, 0.07 and 1.70 uM for alpha, beta, gamma and delta isoforms respectively). Blocks neutrophil recruitment and displays anti-inflammatory activity (1). Active in vivo.
