Overview:
Potent and selective protein kinase C inhibitor with specificity for the alpha and beta1 isotypes. IC50=0.0084, 0.018, 0.210, 0.132 and 0.58 uM for alpha, beta1, delta, epsilon, and zeta respectively (1). An extremely useful tool for assessing the involvement of PKC in various signaling pathways (2,3).
