Overview:
Inhibits NGF receptor tyrosine kinase (TrkA, pp140trk) . Inhibits NGF-induced neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells (1). Displays antitumor activity in a mouse model (2). Blocks the ETK-PAK1 interaction, suppressing RAS-induced PAK1 activation and malignant transformation (3). Cell permeable.
