Overview:
Potent inhibitor of VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase, inhibiting KDR (IC50 = 100 nM) and Flt (IC50 = 2 uM). Displays ca 4-fold selectivity over FGFR-1. Orally active (100 mg/kg, rat) (1).
