Overview:
Potent selective protein kinase A inhibitor: PKA (Ki = 60 nM). Displays no effect on PKC or PKG (Ki > 20 uM) (1). Inhibits axon branching in cultured embryonic rat hippocampal pyramidal neurons (2). Cell permeable.
