Overview:
Selective inhibitor of IKKbeta, IC50=11.2 uM. Inhibits transcription of NFkB-dependent genes in an IL-1beta-induced rheumatoid arthritis model (1). Displays anti-inflammatory activity. Reverses the anti-adipogenic effect of PDGF on human preadipocytes (2). Cell permeable and reversible.
