Overview:

EPHB6 or EPH receptor B6 is a member of a family of transmembrane proteins that function as receptors for ephrin-B family proteins which can influence cell adhesion and migration.EPHB6 is downregulated during tumor progression which may suppress tumor invasion and metastasis. EPHB6 also play pivotal roles in neural and cardiovascular development and expressed in different subsets of neuroblastoma (1). EPHB6 is also crucial for T-cell function (2).
