The PAD Activity Kit is a direct Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) kit for the quantitative determination of total PAD activity in cell or tissue lysates. The kit includes a positive control PAD Cocktail, including five full length recombined PAD proteins (1, 2, 3, 4 and 6) expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using N-terminal GST tags.
