Overview:
Potent and selective p38α MAP kinase inhibitor XYZ XYZ (IC50=32 nM). Does not inhibit p38γ up to 10 μM. Inhibition is reversible and noncompetitive with ATP and substrate. Reversibly inhibits myoblast differentiation. Cell permeable.
