Overview:
Potent and selective inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) IC50=5 nM (1). The first pharmacological agent shown to maintain self-renewal in human and mouse embryonic stem cells (2) . Promotes proliferation in mammalian cardiomyocytes (2). A potent inhibitor of malignant lymphoid cell proliferation (3).
