Overview:
N6-adenosine-methyltransferase 70 kDa subunit (MT-A70 or METTL3) belongs to the methyltransferase superfamily that methylates adenosine residues of some RNAs. It acts as a regulator of the circadian clock, differentiation of embryonic stem cells and primary miRNA processing.
